Hammer Mill
The Kalsi Hammer Mill is engineered specifically for biomass projects, delivering efficient size reduction of small wood chips, wood shavings, paddy straw, and other fibrous biomass materials, while also handling corn and grain-based raw materials, when required. Constructed with a heavy-duty MS plate welded structure, the motor and hammer rotor are mounted on a common base for superior stability, with a drum gear coupling providing direct and efficient power transmission. The dynamically balanced rotor supports both forward and reverse rotation for consistent performance and extended service life, and the top-mounted design allows easy integration with various feeding mechanisms. Widely used in biomass energy and processing plants, the Kalsi Hammer Mill offers reliable operation, high output, and long-term durability.
